my standard double or twin room had effective soundproofing. the bedside lamps were perfect for reading. i found complimentary tea and coffee in the room. housekeeping provided fresh towels each day.
i noticed a very small stain on the carpet near the window.

I found the staff polite and efficient. The room was clean and well maintained. There was excellent soundproofing so I had an undisturbed rest. There was a good food choice in the bar.
It was pretty noisy, especially in the morning.
